APPOINTMENTS

7:00 PM Appointment with Mike Facchini to discuss a Release from Covenant for Units 63 (123 Stonebridge Drive) & 64 (121 Stonebridge Drive) at Stonebridge Commons

Mr. Facchini attended the meeting to ask for a Release from Covenant for two of his Units at Stonebridge Commons because he is closing on the sale of two duplexes.  Mr. Ellis asked if he had a layout plan to reference the buildings.  Mr. Facchini did not have a plan with him, but described where they were. He added that all the inspections were done and all parties had signed off on his building permit.
Mr. Ellis asked about the progress being made to the construction of the clubhouse.   Mr. Facchini answered that the roof has been installed and will be shingled tomorrow.  The windows will be going in later this week and the siding next week.  The landscaping is scheduled and they are also building a gazebo.  He feels confident that they will be able to meet their commitment to the Town.
